Outlining Text

1. Create a new transparent layer and write some text in it
2. Go to Layer > Simplify Layer
3. Edit > Stroke (Outline) Section and match your settings to mine
4. Do it once more but instead, set the color to grey and width to 1 px.
5. Result:
